To support customer inquiries, please ensure you verify and update the nearest TBS retail location or partnering Empty Container Dealer before redirecting customers. You can do this by visiting our Empty Return Locator tool.

You’re also welcome to refresh your signage at store level and use the TBS version, which includes a QR code that directs customers to our Empty Return Locator.
